Owner-CEO

Robert has over 30 years of experience in the field. As a registered land surveyor in both Arizona and Washington, he is well-versed in the diverse and complex requirements of different regions. He is also a skilled civil designer with expertise in water, sewer, and stormwater issues, bringing a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure design and environmental management to every project. Robert is involved in all phases of the survey process, from performing pre-survey research and calculations to analyzing survey field data and creating post-survey deliverables for our clients. These deliverables include legal descriptions, records of survey, final plats, topographic maps, ALTA land surveys, and pre-engineering base files. Robert’s leadership and hands-on approach ensure that clients receive comprehensive and dependable survey services tailored to their specific needs. 

Field Operations Manager

Tim has over 12 years of experience in both the field and office. He has extensive expertise in photogrammetry processing, static observation processing, and UAS operations, bringing a comprehensive skill set to the field of geospatial data acquisition and analysis. Timothy excels in transforming aerial imagery into accurate, high-resolution maps and 3D models through advanced photogrammetry techniques. His proficiency in static observation processing ensures the precise alignment and calibration of survey data, providing reliable reference points for various projects.

Registered Land Surveyor

Mike has over 42 years of experience, including 30 years with our firm. He has a multi-dimensional role in both the field and office, providing valuable expertise to the company. Mike's proficiency in boundary surveys ensures that property lines are accurately defined and legally sound. His skills in right-of-way resolutions allow him to navigate and resolve complex land ownership and access issues efficiently. Additionally, Mike's experience in construction staking is instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed according to precise specifications, contributing to successful project outcomes.

CAD Technician

With over 7  years of drafting and field experience, Robert serves as the CAD Technician, specializing in records of surveys and boundary research. His expertise in translating field data into precise, comprehensive survey records ensures the accuracy and reliability of every project. Robert’s skill set, combined with his knowledge of boundary research, makes him a key contributor to the success of the land surveying team. 

Senior Party chief

Tanner is a Senior Party Chief with five years of experience in land surveying and a strong background in Civil Engineering, focusing on Hydrology, Hydraulics, surveying, GIS, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS. He has completed the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering exam and possesses advanced skills in mapping, data analysis, and drafting. Tanner consistently demonstrates leadership in the field, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution to meet industry standards.
